Editorial policy
Lively Living Journal aims to make its coverage clear, careful and independent. We explain the basis of our guidance, distinguish fact from interpretation and welcome readers who help us identify errors.
Accuracy and clarity
We review claims for consistency and explain terms that may be unfamiliar. Broad observations are presented as such, not as guarantees about every person or household. When a subject depends on personal circumstances, we say so and avoid implying that one approach suits everyone.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made with the reader and subject in mind. Payment, gifts or a commercial relationship do not buy a favourable editorial conclusion. Sponsored material and partner placements are identified clearly wherever they appear, and commercial content is kept distinct from independent editorial coverage.
Corrections
If you believe something is wrong, use the Contact page and identify the article and the point at issue. We review correction requests and, when a change is warranted, update the relevant wording so readers can see the correction in context.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with AI. Illustrations are not evidence for factual claims, and we aim to avoid images that could mislead readers about real people or events.
Small choices shape the feel of a day
We believe a considered life is not a perfect routine or a finished room. It grows through choices that suit the people and circumstances involved.
